🚗 Medical Escort & Ambulatory Transportation Service
At A-Team Care Services, we provide transportation and escort support for seniors who need help getting to and from medical appointments, pharmacy visits, and essential errands.
Important:
Our vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible.
We do not provide wheelchair lift, ramp, or stretcher transport.
Clients must be ambulatory or able to transfer without specialized equipment.
Flat Rate: $65 per Round Trip
Includes:
Pick-up and drop-off Escort inside the clinic
1-hour wait time
Help with documents, check-ins, and communication
Optional pharmacy stop
Additional wait time or extra stops can be arranged as needed.
